Train for the bottom of the seventh.
FiercePitch builds your workout every day — for your position, your energy, and your season. For softball players 10–22, and the coaches who want to see the work get done.
Free during the beta · No gym required · Parent consent built in
Why we built it
Generic fitness apps don’t know what a changeup is.
They count steps and sell dumbbell curls. Softball asks for more — arm care that protects a pitcher’s shoulder, first-step quickness in the infield, rotational power at the plate. FiercePitch was built from scratch for one sport, so every rep has a reason and every rest day is part of the plan.
The daily loop
Thirty seconds of honesty. One workout that fits.
Check in
Sleep, soreness, energy, mood — four taps, done.
Train
Today’s session dials to how you actually feel. Sore? A recovery day keeps your streak alive.
Level up
XP for every session, badges for milestones, and a streak that respects rest.
Pick your window: Quick Grind (25 min), Game Ready (45), or Elite Development (60). On game days, your session switches to mobility automatically — show up loose, not lifted.
Position-specific
Where you play changes how you train.
- 01
Pitcher
Arm care and rotational power for the shoulder your team depends on.
- 02
Catcher
Hips, legs, and explosiveness that hold up through a doubleheader.
- 03
Infield
First-step quickness and quick hands at game speed.
- 04
Outfield
Top-end speed and the power to end an inning from the fence.
- 05
Utility
A little of everything — because you get penciled in everywhere.
Plus hitting development for everyone: bat speed, hip separation, hand speed, and timing — with the why behind every drill.
Progress you can feel
From Rookie to Hall of Fame.
Ten levels stand between your first workout and softball immortality. Every session earns XP. Streak milestones hit at 3, 7, 14, 30, 60, and 100 days — and recovery days count, so rest never costs you.
Train with friends on any team — cross-team circles, 1-v-1 challenges, and accountability partners keep it honest and keep it fun.
For coaches
Know who showed up — without asking.
Create your team and share one code. From there, the roster reports itself: who trained, how ready they are, and who’s quietly falling off.
- Participation, readiness, and streaks at a glance
- Assign workouts and set weekly goals
- Send a reward day when the team earns it
- A digest in your inbox every Monday morning
For parents
Serious about training. Stricter about safety.
Consent comes first
Minors need a parent’s email approval before their account goes live. It’s built into sign-up, not bolted on.
Private by default
Training partners see streaks and badges — never your athlete’s wellness check-ins. Coaches only see their own team.
Built for young bodies
Bodyweight, bands, and light dumbbells, scaled to age and readiness. No barbells, no maxing out.
Rest is in the plan
Recovery days keep the streak. The app is designed to prevent burnout, not manufacture it.
Questions
Before you take the field.
How do I join the beta?
On an iPhone, tap the beta link — it installs through Apple’s TestFlight app. If your coach gave you a TEAM- code, enter it inside FiercePitch after you sign up, not in TestFlight.
What does it cost?
Nothing. FiercePitch is free during the beta.
What equipment do I need?
Bodyweight, resistance bands, and light dumbbells cover everything. No gym membership, no barbells.
What ages is it for?
Athletes 10–22 — rec, travel, high school, and college. Minors need a parent’s email consent before their account activates.
I’m a coach. How does my team get on?
Join the beta, create your team, and share your TEAM code. Athletes can also sign up solo and join your roster later — nobody waits on anybody.
What about Android?
iOS first. If you’re on Android, join the waitlist and we’ll email you the day it lands.
