How do athletes join a coach's team?

Sign up as an athlete first, then enter your coach's team code (Profile → Join a team). Your coach can also send you an invite. You can train solo without a coach, too.

What does my coach see?

Only coaches on your team can see your training and readiness — and only their own team. Accountability partners and circle members see your streak, level, XP, and badges, but never your readiness or soreness check-ins.

Do I need a gym or equipment?

No. Workouts use bodyweight, resistance bands, and light dumbbells, with optional medicine-ball drills. No gym membership required.

I'm sore — do I lose my streak if I rest?

No. Recovery days, mobility days, and coach "gift" days all keep your streak alive and still earn XP. FiercePitch is built to prevent burnout.

How do I delete my account?

In the app: Settings → account → delete. Or email privacy@fiercepitch.app and we'll remove your account and data promptly.

I'm a parent — how do I manage my child's account?

Email privacy@fiercepitch.app to review, export, or delete your child's data, or to withdraw consent. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we protect young athletes.

Billing & subscriptions

Purchases are handled by the App Store or Google Play. Manage or cancel a subscription in your store account settings.
