FiercePitch is intended for softball athletes and coaches. If you are under 18, you may use FiercePitch only with the involvement and consent of a parent or guardian; if you are under 13, a parent or guardian must provide verifiable consent. You're responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account.
FiercePitch provides general training content, not medical advice. Exercise carries inherent risk of injury. Consult a physician before starting any training program, especially for a young athlete or one returning from injury. Stop and seek care if you feel pain, dizziness, or distress. You — and for minors, a parent/guardian — assume responsibility for training safely and within your ability. FiercePitch is not liable for injuries arising from use of the app.
You retain ownership of notes, ratings, and other content you add. You grant us a limited license to store and display it to operate the app (for example, showing a workout rating to your coach).
FiercePitch may offer free and paid plans. Any purchases are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play under their terms; manage or cancel subscriptions in your store account. Prices and features may change with notice.
You may stop using FiercePitch and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or to protect users.
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, FiercePitch is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app.
We may update these terms; we'll change the date above and notify you of material changes in the app. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
